This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or make a purchase from beautypageinc.com (the “Site”), and describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you; we use account credentials only to provide and secure your account, so the CPRA “right to limit” does not apply to our use — but you may still contact us with any questions.
Sources of personal information
We collect personal information directly from you (when you browse, create an account, place an order, or contact us), automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and from service providers such as our e-commerce platform, payment processor, and analytics and advertising partners.
How and why we use personal information
We use personal information to: fulfill and ship orders; process payments; create and manage accounts; communicate with you about orders and support; screen for fraud and secure the Site; send marketing (where permitted) and measure its effectiveness; operate, analyze, and improve the Site; and comply with legal obligations.
How we disclose personal information
We disclose personal information to service providers and partners that help us run the business, including: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), and advertising partners (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, and Microsoft/Bing). We may also disclose information to comply with law or lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
“Sale” and “Sharing” of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under the CCPA/CPRA’s broad definitions, our use of advertising and analytics cookies to deliver targeted ads constitutes “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past 12 months, the categories “shared” for this purpose were: identifiers, internet or network activity, commercial information, geolocation, and inferences.
You have the right to opt out of this sharing. See “Your California privacy rights” below and our Your Privacy Choices page.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of Sale or Sharing — direct us to stop “sharing” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use of Sensitive Personal Information — to the extent we use sensitive personal information beyond permitted purposes (we currently do not).
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights
You may submit a request through either of these methods:
- Email: info@beautypageinc.com
- Online form: Contact us
We will verify your request using information associated with your account or order (such as email, order number, or transaction details). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission and identity verification. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice). There is no fee unless a request is excessive or repetitive.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link in our website footer, enable GPC in your browser, or contact us at info@beautypageinc.com.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above — for the life of your account and order history, plus the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations — after which it is deleted or de-identified. Retention is determined by the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or “Your Privacy Choices” control on our Site and through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law.
