Orders / Payment:
Orders are pre-paid before shipment once we reserve available inventory. Accepted payments include Prepaid/ACH Checks, Bank Wire Transfers and Direct Deposits. Payment terms available after approval. Credit Card payments accepted with 3% fee for existing customers in USA. All bounced checks or returned payments will be subject to applicable bank fees, processing fees, and revocation of payment terms/privileges.
All wholesale orders must meet minimum requirements of $1,000 for domestic and $2,000 for international orders.
Goods damaged during transit is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Therefore, all claims must be made in accordance with its policy guideline. Customers are advised to refuse shipment of the package when there is obvious visual damage. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of damage responsibility to the customers.
Customers are required to pay all freight to return goods. All returned goods must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. For prompt and efficient handling of your returns, you must call to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to be affixed to all returned packages.
Beauty Page will accept all goods sold within 60 days from the purchasing date (except goods not returned in original packaging) Depending on the type of goods, a restocking fee up to 25% will be imposed. Refunded amount will be the total purchase price less the restocking and shipping charge.
After return period, all warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Beauty Page, Inc. is not responsible for any claims or representations made by manufacturers or their products, effectiveness, safety, etc.
Beauty Page reserves the right to void product warranty if the product is altered or repaired by unauthorized persons. Warranty covers parts and labor, but not shipping costs to and from the customer.
